1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the QUIZI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who browse, subscribe, or contribute content.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the QUIZI App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• If under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

3. Account Terms

QUIZI does not require traditional account creation. The App uses your device's App Store or Google Play account for subscription management.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your device and app store account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensure your app store account information is accurate
• Comply with your app store's terms of service

4. Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

Billing and Auto-Renewal

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice

Cancellation

How to Cancel:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → QUIZI → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → QUIZI → Cancel

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies
• We cannot issue refunds directly

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QUIZI to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Upload malicious content or harmful material
• Resell or commercialize quizzes generated by the App without permission

6. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of your User Content — including text extracted from images and quiz responses. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for generating quizzes and providing the service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The QUIZI App, its content, features, and functionality are owned by QUIZI and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limited License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal devices, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Do not reverse engineer or extract source code
• Do not sell, rent, or sublicense the App

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIZI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE, OR SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms or for illegal/harmful activities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll update the Effective Date and notify you through the App or app store listing. For material changes, we'll provide 30 days notice.
